Success Stories

Take a look at recent success stories that have embraced the potential and opportunity that wait in Clifton Heights.  Three historically significant buildings, each with their own unique set of capabilities and challenges have given rise to a Dance Studio and Performing Arts Studio, a Scenic and Staging Corporate Production Company and a Five Story Office Business Center. A former Yarn Mill built in the 1800’s was redesigned and redeveloped as a business center. Overlooking Darby Creek, waterfalls and wetlands its tenants enjoy a scenic setting and Green Amenities.

A Yarn Mill from the 1800’s was converted to a 48,000 sq.ft. scenic and staging manufacturing facility that handles shows large and small around the globe. It employs 21 full time designers, carpenters, fabricators, welders, graphic designers and scenic artists and over 60 show technicians.

An historic commercial building at the main intersection in the Business Center Area was converted to Performing Arts venue that houses a Dance Company, offers dance lesson, hosts Performing Arts events on the second floor  The first floor was redesigned to support a commercial Dance Wear Shop.
