Proposed Development Sites:
- Clifton Heights Center- A new state-of-the-art, mixed-use, Borough Hall facility , traffic and safety improvements at the Springfield Road/Baltimore Avenue intersection, streetscape and façade improvements and creation of a public gathering space combine to re-create an identifiable, appealing center for Clifton Heights.
- Clifton Station Area- A transit oriented development strategy will make the most of sites close to the Clifton-Aldan R-3 Regional Rail station by capitalizing on the residential market supported by the station.
- The Mills Lifestyle Center-Large areas of surface parking and vacant parcels to be redeveloped into a contemporary retail atmosphere resulting into a regional destination center. Historic mills are restored and converted into residential/mixed use connected to a lifestyle center in a private enclave.
